Basil Tomato Pasta
1 lb. bow tie pasta
1/2 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can diced tomatoes (Italian blend)
1/2 cup fresh basil, chiffanade
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook 10-12 minutes or until al dente; drain. Pour olive oil into pot and saute garlic 1-2 minutes. Return pasta to pot and add all remaining ingredients. Gently toss.
