Chocolate Syrup
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/4 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
Bring water to a boil. Add sugar and cocoa. Stir with a whisk on medium until dissolved. Remove from heat and add vanilla and salt.
