Crab Salad
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbsp. margarine
12 oz. imitation crabmeat
1/3 cup mayonnaise
In a medium skillet, saute the celery and onion in the margarine for 3 minutes or until tender.  Stir in imitation crab meat and saute another minute.  Remove from heat and put into a medium bowl.  Stir in mayonnaise.  May be served warm or chilled.  Serve on bread or crackers.
