Date Paste
Ingredients:
2 cups dates
water
Directions:
Cover 2 cups pitted medjool dates with enough boiling water to cover.  Allow to soak 30-45 minutes or until really soft.  Strain water (reserve) and blend dates in a food processor or good blender, adding reserved liquid slowly until it is the consistency of yogurt.  Store in fridge.
