Dim Sum Dumplings
1 lb. ground meat
1 large onion, chopped
1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
2 tsp. red curry paste
1/2 tsp. garam masala
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
30 wonton wrappers (premade or homemade)
Combine meat, onion, cilantro, red curry paste, garam masala, chili powder, onion powder, and garlic powder in a medium bowl. Put about 1-2 tbsp. of mixture in each wonton wrapper. Moisten edges of wrapper, fold in half, and seal. Place the dumplings in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes. Serve with rice and sweet and sour sauce, soy sauce, or teriyaki sauce for dipping.
