Eggless French Toast II
6 slices bread
1 cup rice milk
2 tbsp. arrowroot or cornstarch
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1-2 tbsp. margarine
Preheat a griddle to medium-high.  Melt margarine on griddle.  In a shallow dish, combine rice milk, arrowroot, sugar, vanilla, and salt until well-combined.  Dip both sides of each slice of bread into the mixture.  Place on griddle.  Fry until light golden brown on each side.
