Granola Bars VI
1 cup shredded coconut
1 large ripe banana
1 cup oats
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 cup flax or chia seeds
1/4 cup rice or almond milk
2 tbsp. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. honey or a packet of truvia
Mix together coconut, banana, oats, vanilla, and seeds.  Add rice milk a little at a time and mix well.  Grease a baking sheet and spread out into a square shape, packing tightly.  Bake at 350 for 11-13 minutes or until lightly brown.  Cool.  Before entirely hardened, cut into squares.  Store in fridge.
