Ham and Pineapple Rice
2 cups cooked rice
2 cups cooked ham, cubed
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. ground mustard
Combine all the ingredients in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.  Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30 minutes.
