Larabars
Ingredients:
1 cup almonds (or other nut)
1 cup raisins (or other dried fruit)
1 cup pitted dates (about 12-15)
Directions:
Roast the nuts at 350 for 10-12 minutes if desired.  Allow to cool.  Combine the nuts, raisins, and dates in a food processor.  Pulse a few times to break them up.  Process continuously for 30 seconds or until all ingredients are crumb-sized pieces.  Process continuously again until a ball is formed, 1-2 minutes.  Press into a thick 8x8 square, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill for a couple of hours or overnight.  Cut into 16 squares.  Wrap each bar in plastic wrap and store in the fridge.
