Lemon Grilled Chicken
1 lemon
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. salt
pinch pepper
1 1/2 lbs. chicken breasts
Zest lemon and place in large bowl.  Squeeze lemon juice in and add oil, garlic, parsley, thyme, marjoram, salt, and pepper.  Combine well.  Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and spoon marinade over the chicken.  Cover and chill for 30 minutes or overnight.  Grill for 10 minutes per side or until done.  Brush with marinade 2-3 times during cooking.
