Maple Vinaigrette
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp. dijon or spicy brown mustard
2 tbsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
1 clove garlic
chives and basil to taste
In a blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth.  Serve on cold salads.
