Nut Butter Rice Crispies
6 cups rice crispies
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 cup sunbutter or other nut butter
1 cup honey or agave
Mix nut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt.  Melt in the microwave or on the stove if needed.  Pour over the cereal and stir very well making sure to coat all the rice crispies.  Spread mixture evenly into a sprayed 9x13 pan.  Place a sheet of wax paper on top and press down as firmly as you can, using another pan inside if needed to get it compressed tightly.  Freeze for half an hour before slicing.
