Oven BBQ Chicken
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. mustard
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
8-10 chicken legs
Preheat oven to 375. In a small saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook for 5 minutes until tender. Stir in ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, worcestershire sauce, mustard, and red pepper. Bring to a oil; lower heat and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.

Remove and discard chicken skin. Arange chicken in a lightly greased 9x13 pan. Pour barbeque mixture over chicken. Bake, covered, for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
