1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 cup uncooked white rice
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
Preheat oven to 350. In a 9x13 pan, pour tomato sauce and 1/2 cup water and mix well. In a medium bowl, combine meat, rice, 1/4 cup water, onion, salt, celery salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix well. Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown meatballs. Place browned meatballs into tomato sauce, turning to coat. Cover and bake in oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
