Root Vegetable Medley
Ingredients:
1/2 lb. parsnips
1/2 lb. carrots
1 rutabega
1 yam
Directions:
Cut all vegetables into chunks.  Place in a steamer and steam for 15-20 minutes or until nice and soft.  Puree.
