Shrimp Alfredo
8 oz. penne pasta
1/2 cup butter
6 oz. cream
3/4 cup parmesean cheese
olive oil
1/2 lb. shrimp, deveined, shelled, and de-tailed
1/4 cup bruchetta
1/2 cup shredded italian cheese blend
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.  Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt butter into cream.  Once melted, stir in parmesean cheese.  Turn to low and simmer until thickened.  Meanwhile, pour enough olive oil into a large skillet to lightly coat the bottom of your pan.  Put shrimp in pan and saute 1-2 minutes per side or until pink.  Pour alfredo sauce into pan.  Stir in italian cheese blend.  Put a few dollops of bruchetta throughout.  Add cooked pasta to pan and fold together.  Serve hot.
