Spicy Rotel Hummus
16 oz. can chickpeas, liquid reserved
10 oz. can rotel, drained
1 garlic clove
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. cumin powder
Olive oil to desired consistency
Place all ingredients in food processor. Slowly add reserved chickpea juice and olive oil until desired consistency. Blend until smooth.
