Sweet and Sour Patties
1 lb. ground turkey/pork/beef
2 tbsp. "soy" sauce
2 tsp. Asian seasoning
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
1 bell pepper, chopped
8 oz. sweet and sour sauce
In a medium bowl, combine ground meat, "soy" sauce, Asian seasoning, and garlic. Form 16-20 2" patties. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add patties to oil in two rounds and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until cooked through. Transfer to plate; set aside. Add pineapple and bell pepper to skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender. Add sweet and sour sauce and bring to a boil. Return patties to skillet and coat with sauce. Serve hot over rice.
