Tangy Chicken Fajitas
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
2 (.7 oz.) packages dry italian dressing mix
3 chicken breasts, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
In a large bowl or gallon ziploc bag, combine oil, vinegar, lime juice, and salad dressing mix.  Add chicken strips, onion, and bell pepper.  Cover and refrigerate for 3-6 hours.  In a large skillet, heat oil.  Drain marinade and pour into skillet.  Saute in oil until chicken is cooked through and onion is translucent.  Serve on tortillas with avocado, tomatoes, beans, rice, or whatever you desire.
