Thai Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs. chicken wings
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup sugar
1/8 cup fish sauce
1/8 cup garlic, minced
1 jalapeno, chopped finely
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tbsp. olive oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Place chicken wings on a cookie sheet and bake for 25-35 minutes, turning once, until golden brown. Place in large bowl. Meanwhile, in a medium skillet, sauté garlic and jalapeno in olive oil until soft. Add chicken broth, fish sauce, paprika, and sugar. Add cornstarch and let thicken. Stir all together and toss with wings.
